I'm Kelly

Like many entrepreneurs, my path hasn't been linear – and that's exactly what makes my approach to Human Design and business consulting unique. My journey across many industries, from finance to education, from sales to quantum science, has given me a rich tapestry of experience that I now bring to my work as a BG5 Certified Human Design Business Consultant.

After building successful businesses, including scaling an online venture to thousands of community members, I found myself stuck in a cycle of resistance I couldn't break out of despite trying many anticipated solutions. Trust me, I've consumed enough business courses and masterminds to fill a library! Even after implementing every strategy, mastering ads, and following all the "right" steps for business growth, something still felt off. Eventually, I burned out from trying to be all the things I wasn't designed to be.

My Story

Fortunately my business burn out phase took place while I was travelling Australia full time with my family.  This meant that I was able to rely on my husband for support during my recalibration phase, which I'm incredibly grateful for. As I dove deeper into Human Design, everything made more and more sense. While I'd always valued authenticity in business, I discovered I was only living authentically on the surface – while ignoring my core soul needs. Understanding my natural design revealed how much unnecessary resistance I'd been creating by working against it instead of with it.

That's when my mission became clear: to help others avoid these same pitfalls. As I integrated Human Design principles into my life, I witnessed dramatic improvements across all areas – from increased wealth and success to stronger boundaries. Most importantly, I finally gave myself permission to stop fighting against my natural way of being and instead learned to harness it as my greatest strength.

As a 4/1 Generator with a rare combination of formatting strengths, I now combine my business and life experience with Human Design expertise to help others unlock their hidden potential. My design drives me to dive deep into knowledge and transform it into practical wisdom, sharing it authentically with the beautiful souls I'm surrounded by – it's not just what I do, it's who I am designed to be.

Why I do it

I understand deeply the challenges of juggling business and family life. As a mother of two teenagers and an entrepreneur managing multiple ventures, I've felt the drain of working inefficiently – time that could have been spent with loved ones, lost to unnecessary business resistance and friction.

I've also felt the frustration when things fall out of alignment in business, things that once worked stop working, sales stop converting, you stop feeling like yourself... and don't know how to get back on track.  As a business owner, this can be scary and have you committing money, time and energy to all the wrong places desperately seeking a solution. 

Since experiencing the impact that comes with understanding my authentic design, my perspective on how to do life and business has completely shifted. I've discovered a deep level of self acceptance, been able to identify my soul gifts and leverage them daily to tap into my previously unused potential.  I learned to understand how my energy impacts those around me and how I can move from opposition to synergy when working with others. This was felt most impactfully in the traditional business I co-own with my husband and in our 18 year marriage.  The profound ripple effect of this throughout my home, family and all areas of my life emphasised the importance of this work for me.
